i have been a silent blogger for over a month...wow...time flies.

i have been so busy with my husband's and i's latest creation..the best thing we have ever made...happy father's day to all the amazing dads!!

sunday night tv: the killing

i cannot wait for this new amc show and to see my friend eric in it!  it premieres this sunday, april 3rd, and i am thinking that i will make some popcorn to enjoy while we watch...maybe something spicy and sweet....i will post the recipe when i decide...so excited for sunday night!

spring is here

i was out for an afternoon walk around my neighborhood and could not believe how beautiful, wild, and lush this garden is...wisteria and bougainvillea on one overhang that shades an outdoor fire pit...love!

spring is here in la and i cannot wait for all that it brings: a new addition to our family, bbqs with friends and family, and many new fruits and veggies to play with...

i love salty chocolate ice cream in a real way...i think about it often.  i know that it sounds obvious...the pregnant girl likes ice cream...but i haven't really craved anything sweet during my pregnancy.  i think this is why i probably love this flavor from scoops...it is mostly salty with a bit of chocolate.

warning: they run out of ice cream quickly and change their flavors frequently so it is a good thing that everything there is amazing...especially their vegan flavors...if you haven't been and live in los angeles...go...it is so, so good!!!
